We need to check in more often so that we can keep encouraging each other. Tonight I did week 6, run 2 of Couch to 5k. It was a brisk walk for 5 minutes, 10 minutes of jogging, 3 minutes of walking and another 10 of jogging. I forgot my gum and I huffed and puffed the whole way. I like having gum because it forces me to keep my mouth shut and keeps it from drying out. I won't make that mistake again. I also had a splitting headache exactly halfway through the workout, but I pressed onward and made it through. How is everyone else doing?
